VMS System - dates for your diary

Fellow members I posted previously of our intent to update our system to VMS and advised that I would update you on progress and advise dates for system training and familiarisation.

 

I can confirm that our data has been transferred and the system is nearing completion and we will be ready to demonstrate the system on the following dates. You will recall that I mentioned we were enlisting ambassadors for the system and they will be the initial guinea pigs for the first session, so the dates are as follows all of which will be held in the Clubhouse -

 

Thursday the 12th of March - Board Members and ambassadors only - 7 - 8.30pm

 

Thursday the 19th of March - ALL members welcome - 7 - 8.30pm

 

Thursday the 26th of March - for ALL members who didn't make the first session or for follow up queries - 7 - 8.30pm

 

The current plan is to edge in to the new system from the commencement of the current summer season on the 4th of April with a full go live of the 18th of April at which point all of the previous systems will be closed down.

 

Whatever session you choose to attend please bring your mobile phones with to get the full benefit of the use of the new platform and the functionality it offers.
