Texas Scramble Saturday 8th August

(SOCIAL DISTANCING RULES TO BE OBSERVED)

Saturday 8th August will see The Hill having their first post-Covid lockdown Texas Scramble – “The “Getting to Know You” event sponsored by Kilmac Ltd.

With this event designed to bring members, old and new together and to introduce guests you wish to bring along, please get your names onto the entry sheets as soon as possible. Entry fee is set at £5 per player (new members are free!) with breakfast rolls and coffee being served before you play and soup and sandwiches available afterwards.

Additionally we have organised another 2 social golfing events to encourage members to mix and extend their playing groups.

On Wednesday 12th August at 1830 we will have a Putting Competition, for Adults and Juniors, with putting lessons from Professional Golfers associated with The Hill, being available too!

On Friday 14th August between 1700 and 1830 we will have tee times for you to play in a 9 hole “Alternative Par 3 Competition”; here’s your chance to officially play from the top of The Kop to the 7th green and from the 13th tee to the 15th Green!!! In a 4-person team format with handicaps counting, this has in the past been a very well supported and enjoyable event. Entry fee will be £10 per team.

So sign up quickly to play in these events - prizes will be on offer too!

Social distancing rules on the course, the decking area, the car park and in the Club House will continue to be in place.
